Lightning Poster Presenters

LIGHTNING PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Please follow the guidelines below when developing your presentation slides. You will have 3 slides to present your information and do not include any complex animations in your slides.

•  Slide #1 – Cover Slide
  • Poster title
  • Authors with poster presenter’s name highlighted in RED
  • Institutional affiliation of the presenting author
• Slide #2 – Problem and Hypothesis
  • 1 sentence statement of the problem addressed by the poster AND
  • 1 sentence statement of the hypothesis
• Slide #3 –  Data and Conclusions
  • 1-2 Key pieces of data
  • 2 bullets listing the 2 most important findings of the study.

**IMPORTANT** All slides must be submitted by Wednesday, April 16 for review. Any slides that do not meet the criteria above will be asked to revise before the meeting. Please send your slide deck to Sarah Tulley, stulley@clinimmsoc.org, by April 16^th.

PHYSICAL POSTER INFORMATION

Your physical poster will be presented the same day as your lightning presentation.  More information on poster set-up, dismantling, and specifications can be found on the CIS website here. Poster numbers will be assigned in April after registration closes.
