The 2025 CIS Annual Meeting will be held at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. All Annual Meeting activities will take place at the hotel.

Reservations at the Annual Meeting hotel will close April 8, 2025, or until the CIS block fills up. After this date, rooms may still be available at the hotel but are not guaranteed at the CIS Annual Meeting rate.

Room Rates: 

*The above room rates do not include applicable taxes, currently 16.37%. Cancellation of any reservations must be made directly to the hotel at least 24hrs prior to arrival to avoid a one night room charge.
