Poster Size and Layout
Each poster presenter will have a useable area measuring 92 inches (233 centimeters (cm) wide and 42 inches (106.68 cm) high in landscape/horizontal format. Posters should be printed to fit the majority of this space.
Poster Presentation Rules and Guidelines
- All poster boards are numbered. Your poster must be mounted on your assigned board. Do not move board numbers or posters from their pre-assigned board.
- Pushpins will be provided for all posters.
- Poster presenters must register for the meeting and present their poster in person during their assigned time at the meeting. If a presenting author is not registered for the meeting the poster will be removed from schedule and will not be able to be presented.
- Presenters must wear their meeting registration badge during the meeting hours.
- Poster programming confirmation emails—sent approximately five weeks prior to the meeting—contain the date, viewing and presentation time for your poster.
- Authors are expected to be present at the poster during the poster presentation session hours as listed in the poster programming confirmation email and meeting program.

You have been assigned to present in one of the sessions below. Please refer to your acceptance email for your assigned poster session. Please reference the times below for hanging, presenting, and dismantling your poster.
Friday Poster Session, May 2, 2025
- Set Up: After 5pm on Thursday, May 1 & Before 11:00am on Friday, May 2
- Presentation: 1:30 - 2:30pm, Friday, May 2
- Dismantle: By 8am on Saturday, May 3
Saturday Poster Session, May 3, 2025
- Set Up: After 5pm on Friday, May 2 & Before 11:00am on Saturday, May 3
- Presentation: 1:305 - 2:30pm, Saturday, May 3
- Dismantle: By 8pm on Saturday, May 3
Changes to Presenting Author Request
If the presenting author is no longer able to present the accepted abstract, please complete the form linked below. Requests for change of presenting author must be received no later than April 11th, 2025.

Poster Withdrawal Request
If you would like to request a withdrawal of your abstract from the program, including printing in the journal supplement, please complete the form below. Requests for withdrawal must be received no later than April 11th, 2025.

LIGHTNING PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Lightning poster presenters are asked to do a short, 6 min presentation of their accepted abstract. Additionally, they will complete a physical poster to hang in the poster hall.
Please follow the guidelines below when developing your presentation slides. You will have 3 slides to present your information and do not include any complex animations in your slides.
- Slide #1 – Cover Slide
- Poster title
- Authors with poster presenter’s name highlighted in RED
- Institutional affiliation of the presenting author
- Slide #2 – Problem and Hypothesis
- 1 sentence statement of the problem addressed by the poster AND
- 1 sentence statement of the hypothesis
- Slide #3 – Data and Conclusions
- 1-2 Key pieces of data
- 2 bullets listing the 2 most important findings of the study.
**IMPORTANT** All slides must be submitted by Wednesday, April 16 for review. Any slides that do not meet the criteria above will be asked to revise before the meeting. Please send your slide deck to Sarah Tulley, stulley@clinimmsoc.org, by April 16th.
PHYSICAL POSTER INFORMATION
Your physical poster will be presented the same day as your lightning presentation. More information on poster set-up, dismantling, and specifications can be found on the CIS website here. Poster numbers will be assigned in April after registration closes.
E-Poster Presenter Instructions and Formatting Requirements

Below are the specifications for designing your e-poster:
- Posters should be uploaded in PDF format only. Any posters not uploaded as a PDF will be asked to resubmit in the correct format.
- All posters should be only one (1) page.
- PDF Poster Specs:
- 16:9 Aspect Ratio
- No Larger than 4GB.
- Please upload the PDF file with the following file name LAST NAME_FIRST NAME
