In support of those who are unable to attend the CIS Annual Meeting in person this year, we are pleased to offer a virtual registration option, which will include a livestream of the sessions. We understand that travel plans may shift, and we aim to remain flexible and collaborative in accommodating the changing circumstances. That said, we strongly encourage attendees who are able to join us in person to do so. The in person meeting will provide invaluable opportunities for networking, engagement, and the kind of spontaneous collaboration that thrives when we gather together. We look forward to connecting with you, whether in person or online! Virtual registration closes April 25th.

The 2025 CIS Annual Meeting will be now be a hybrid event. Registration costs include access to the pre-conference education day.There will be an option to purchase on-demand content after the meeting if you are unable to attend in-person or virtually. The on-demand content will feature most, but not all, of the presentations given in Philadelphia and is available at a discounted rate. All registered attendees will have access to the on-demand content after meeting free of charge.
Trainee Members and Non-members: Please make sure your Primary Role is set as Trainee/Student and that your Training Graduation Date is entered.
Associate/Allied Health Members and Non-Members: Please make sure you have checked the Allied Health box under the Professional Demographics section.

CIS will accept credit card payment for online registration. Registration may also be paid for via check or wire.
All Annual Meeting cancellation requests must be received in writing. Please email info@clinimmsoc.org to request a cancellation. Refunds will be granted, minus a $25 processing fee, for all cancellations received before the regular online registration deadline.
If you have recently submitted an application to become a CIS member you will be able to register for the Annual Meeting at your designated member rate.
