Registration costs include access to the pre-conference education day.There will be an option to purchase on-demand content after the meeting if you are unable to attend in-person. All registered attendees will have access to the on-demand content after meeting free of charge.

CIS will accept credit card payment for online registration. Registration may also be paid for via check or wire.
All Annual Meeting cancellation requests must be received in writing. Please email info@clinimmsoc.org to request a cancellation. Refunds will be granted, minus a $25 processing fee, for all cancellations received before the regular online registration deadline.
If you have recently submitted an application to become a CIS member you will be able to register for the Annual Meeting at your designated member rate.
