
All organizations looking to request space for an ancillary meeting must submit requests through this form. It is CIS Policy that any ancillary meeting not conflict with the educational sessions of the Annual Meeting. Please refer to the Annual Meeting Agenda for these times. If you will need space for multiple meetings, please fill out the form for each meeting you will require space for.
CIS must approve all ancillary meetings being held in relation to the CIS Annual Meeting. Once a meeting is approved by CIS, the requesting organization will work directly with the Marriott Philadelphia to coordinate any AV and Food and Beverage needs. Additional fees may apply.
