Is vaccination required to attend the Annual Meeting?

Yes, all in-person attendees are required to be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination may be asked for when picking up registration badges.

Will masks be required while attending the Annual Meeting?

No, masks will not be required of attendees. Attendees are welcome to wear masks if they so choose and limited quantities will be available at the registration desk.

Will social distancing be enforced?

The Sheraton Charlotte is not currently enforcing any social distancing, although tables for meals will be placed to allow for spacing.
