CIS is accepting both abstracts and case reports for the 2022 Annual Meeting. Submitters are required to to indicate which type of submission they have as part of the submission process.
If submitting a case report, please indicate if it is a single case or is a case series as part of your abstract text. While addressing the specifics of the case(s) in the abstract, please try to state the broader impact of your work for the field of Clinical Immunology.
Beyond the requirements listed above there is no required format for how submissions must be written.
Authors should be listed in the order you would like them published in the Journal of Clinical Immunology Annual Meeting supplement. Each Submitter will be asked to indicate one person as the presenting author for the submission, who will present if the abstract is selected for a poster or oral abstract presentation.
All listed authors are required to submit a disclosure form as part of their submission. The disclosure form may be completed by the abstract/case report submitter, or the form can be sent to each author via the submission portal. This is required by Springer, the publisher of the Journal of Clinical Immunology.
As part of the submission process, all submitters will be asked to list keywords that are relevant to the submission. Each submission is required to include three (3) keywords. Additional keywords, up to 10, may be included with the submission.
Topics of interest for the 2022 Annual Meeting cover a wide range of topics. The list below, while not exhaustive, covers topics that attendees in the past have indicated a particular interest in.
