Registration

In person registration closed on April 20. Virtual registration will remain open until May 16. Please contact the CIS Office at info@clinimmsoc.org if you need to make any changes to your registration.

In-person registration will be available for anyone who missed the pre-registration deadline for in-person attendance.

Registering Via Check or Wire-Transfer

CIS will accept credit card payment for online registration. Registration may also be paid for via check or wire. To pay by check please complete the registration form below and email to info@clinimmsoc.org.

The 2023 CIS Annual Meeting will be a hybrid event, with registrants given the option to attend either in-person or virtually.

Registration Fees

Registration fees for the Annual Meeting are the same for in-person and virtual attendees.

Cancellation Policy

All Annual Meeting cancellation requests must be received in writing. Please email info@clinimmsoc.org to request a cancellation. Refunds will be granted, minus a $25 processing fee, for all cancellations received before the advanced registration deadline.

Recent Membership Applicants

If you have recently submitted an application to become a CIS member you will be able to register for the Annual Meeting at your designated member rate.
