The purpose of the Late Breaking submission of abstracts is to give submitters/those attending the CIS meeting, the opportunity to report recently generated, meaningful and novel research on important immune deficiency and dysregulatory diseases in a timely way, and to advance our understanding of the molecular pathogenesis of these defects.
This is NOT an opportunity for those who have not been able to submit regular abstracts by the original deadline to submit those abstracts now.
Please follow the guidelines below when determining if you have an abstract worth submitting as part of the late-breaking abstract process:
Beyond the requirements listed above there is no required format for how submissions must be written.
Questions about late-breaking abstract submission should be sent to info@clinimmsoc.org
Abstract titles and author lists are embargoed until a date and time determined by CIS. Abstract content is embargoed until the abstract supplement publication date and time. The embargo date for the 2024 Annual Meeting is May 1, 2024 at 8:00am. Any updated and/or new data that will be presented in a poster presentation or an oral presentation is embargoed until the time and date of the presentation.
Embargo requests outside of the set policies and any planned press releases and media alerts must be reviewed and approved in advance by CIS. Requests must be received in writing and should be sent to info@clinimmsoc.org.
