
SUBMISSION TYPES
CIS will accept both abstracts and case reports for the 2024 Annual Meeting. Submitters are required to to indicate which type of submission they have as part of the submission process.
If submitting a case report, please indicate if it is a single case or is a case series as part of your abstract text. While addressing the specifics of the case(s) in the abstract, please try to state the broader impact of your work for the field of Clinical Immunology.
GENERAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
AUTHOR LISTING AND DISCLOSURE INFORMATION
Authors should be listed in the order you would like them published in the Annual Meeting supplement. Each Submitter will be asked to indicate one person as the presenting author for the submission, who will present if the abstract is selected for a poster or oral abstract presentation.
All listed authors are required to submit a disclosure form as part of their submission. The disclosure form may be completed by the abstract/case report submitter, or the form can be sent to each author via the submission portal.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION TOPICS
Topics of interest for the 2024 Annual Meeting cover a wide range of topics. The list below, while not exhaustive, covers topics that attendees in the past have indicated a particular interest in.
EMBARGO POLICY
Abstract titles and author lists are embargoed until a date and time determined by CIS. Abstract content is embargoed until the abstract supplement publication date and time. The embargo date for the 2024 Annual Meeting is May 1, 2024 at 8:00am. Any updated and/or new data that will be presented in a poster presentation or an oral presentation is embargoed until the time and date of the presentation.
Embargo requests outside of the set policies and any planned press releases and media alerts must be reviewed and approved in advance by CIS. Requests must be received in writing and should be sent to info@clinimmsoc.org.
