Registration Information

Registration Fees

The 2026 CIS Annual Meeting will be a fully in-person event. Registration costs include access to the pre-conference education day. There will be an option to purchase on-demand content after the meeting if you are unable to attend in-person. All registered attendees will have access to the on-demand content after meeting free of charge.

To make sure your rates are appropriately calculated, please check your account and verify that all details are correct.

Trainee Members and Non-members: Please make sure your Primary Role is set as Trainee/Student and that your Training Graduation Date is entered.
Associate/Allied Health Members and Non-Members: Please make sure you have checked the Allied Health box under the Professional Demographics section.

Registering Via Check or Wire-Transfer

CIS will accept credit card payment for online registration. Registration may also be paid for via check or wire.

Cancellation Policy

All Annual Meeting cancellation requests must be received in writing. Please email info@clinimmsoc.org to request a cancellation. Refunds will be granted, minus a $25 processing fee, for all cancellations received before the regular online registration deadline.

Recent Membership Applicants

If you have recently submitted an application to become a CIS member you will be able to register for the Annual Meeting at your designated member rate.
