
Registration fees for the 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting are listed below. If you have any questions about registration please email the CIS office at info@clinimmsoc.org.
*If you have submitted an application for membership you will be able to register at the member rate for the Annual Meeting*
If you are unable to register online you can download a copy of our registration form and return to info@clinimmsoc.org by April 14th.

All live sessions will be available for viewing after the meeting. Pre-recorded talks will also be made available for viewing after, at the presenters discretion. It will take 3-5 days for the live sessions to be posted on the Virtual Platform.
All Annual Meeting cancellation requests must be received in writing. Please email info@clinimmsoc.org to request a cancellation. Cancellations must be received in writing by Monday, April 12th. No cancellations will be processed after that time.
